Ken Adams - Chief Technology Officer

40+ years as a manufacturing engineer in Electronic Assembly, SMT, Hybrid Mfg, Water Purification, and Medical Device Assembly. Currently owner of Astute Design And Manufacturing, LLC which designs and manufactures fixtures and equipment for the medical device and catheter processing industries. 3+ patents to date. Greatest asset is the ability to associate solutions/techniques from divergent industries/applications and apply them to current challenges


Joe Mahon - Chief Medical Officer

Attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, focusing studies on comparative biology. Following college graduation, moved to Rochester, Minnesota to work within the Information Technology Department at the Mayo Clinic.  Then matriculated at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York for medical education, completing residency training in Urology at Albany Medical Center; completing final year as Chief Resident. Underwent advanced training as the Clinical Fellow in Genitourinary Reconstruction, Urogenital Prosthetics, and Men’s Health at the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center under the mentorship of renowned urologists Drs. Kevin T. McVary, Christopher Gonzalez and Ahmer Farooq. Currently serving the people of Minneapolis St. Paul as a practicing Urologist.


Lew Ratajczak - Secretary

Grew up on a farm in southwest Minnesota.  Raised cattle and hogs.  Did crop farming.  Got drafted into the army and was sent overseas to support the war in Viet Nam.  Returned to the farm for two years, left the farm and attended Southwest Minnesota State College (now University).  Majored in Mechanical Engineering Technology.  Career in the manufacturing industry as a Manufacturing Engineering installing Industrial equipment.  Sr. Engineer specializing in powder paint systems.  Plant Engineer maintaining all aspects of plant maintenance. Career spanned over thirty years. Retired from industry and currently Commander of the American Legion Post in Milaca, Mn.  Also, committee chair for special events.
